Dr. Metcalf received his B.A. from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health and Sciences in Memphis, where he also completed an Ob-Gyn residency. He is board certified and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He joined OB/GYN Associates of Oak Ridge in 1981. He is married with two children
